Cancel or pause your subscription
You can cancel your Ferbz subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Your data is preserved for 14 days after cancellation so you can export it.
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then Plan & Billing.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Cancel subscription'. You will be asked to confirm.
Choose cancel or pause
Cancel: your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. You remain on the paid plan until then. Pause (3 months max): your billing is paused and your account is frozen — no reminders fire, but your data is kept and the account reactivates when the pause ends.
Export your data (optional)
Before confirming cancellation, click 'Export all data' to download a ZIP file with your customer records, reminder history, and campaign data in CSV format.
Confirm the cancellation
Click 'Confirm cancellation'. You receive a confirmation email. Your account downgrades to a read-only state at the end of the billing period.
