Track recovered follow-ups over time

Recovered follow-ups are the most direct measure of Ferbz's impact on your revenue. This guide explains how to read and act on the recovered follow-up data.

1

Go to Analytics → Recovered Follow-ups

Click Analytics, then select 'Recovered Follow-ups' from the sub-tabs.

2

Understand the definition

A follow-up is counted as recovered when a customer who was sent a reminder came in within 7 days of that reminder. This is a conservative definition that excludes customers who would have come in anyway.

3

See the monthly total

The top card shows total recovered follow-ups this month and the estimated revenue value (total recovered × average basket size for your business).

4

Drill down by medicine

The table below breaks recovered follow-ups by medicine. Medicines with low recovery rates (many reminders, few visits) may have incorrect intervals — the reminder is firing at the wrong time.

5

Export for review

Click 'Export CSV' to download a full list of recovered follow-ups with customer name, medicine, reminder date, and visit date. Useful for monthly team reviews.

PRO TIP

Share the monthly recovered follow-up total with your staff. Seeing the number of customers brought back by their follow-up work is a powerful motivator.
