Send your first follow-up reminder

Once your WhatsApp is connected and you have at least one customer added, sending a reminder takes under a minute.

1

Go to Daily Queue

Click 'Daily Queue' in the left sidebar. If you added customers with a past follow-up date or a 0-day interval, they will appear here.

2

Find a customer who is due

Due customers have an amber 'Due today' badge. Overdue customers have a red badge. Click any customer to open their record.

3

Click 'Send reminder now'

Inside the customer record, click the 'Send reminder now' button. The message is dispatched immediately to the customer's WhatsApp number.

4

Check delivery status

The status changes from Sending → Sent → Delivered as WhatsApp confirms receipt. Delivered means the message arrived on the customer's phone.

5

The next reminder is scheduled automatically

After you mark the customer as returned (when they visit), Ferbz calculates the next due date and schedules the next reminder — no action needed.

PRO TIP

You do not need to send reminders manually every day. The automated queue fires at 9 AM and sends all due messages without any action from you.
